I’m sorry for my lack of posts. I can’t concentrate on anything. My mind is all over the place and I am ill.
So on the first of May I was 249lbs and on the first of June I weigh in at 241lbs.
Total weight loss of 59lbs

I really cant wait until I can cross my legs again.
I’ve never been able to cross my legs for long periods of time and its also hard for me to sit with my knees together. I start to shake. Soo that’s a goal of mine

It’s a little embarrasing to post this, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. I am finally down 40 lbs as of today. I’ve had a few triumps and pitfalls but I didn’t let that stop me. I still have a ways to go, but I’m starting to love the way I look. I guess a little hard work and dedication really does go a long way. :) Feel free to message me if you have any questions on how I did it.
